Protective equipment export to the EU

Titan Red is building a supply channel for U.S.-made soft body armor into Central Europe — positioning as the American supply line behind European primes bidding police framework contracts, starting with Czechia.

    How the supply model works

    1. Step 1

      U.S. Manufacturer

      American-made NIJ IIIA soft armor from established U.S. manufacturers, with written export classification for every SKU.

    2. Step 2

      Titan Red LLC

      We take title and act as exporter of record — pricing, documentation, license determination, and screening sit with us.

    3. Step 3

      Freight Forwarder

      A professional forwarder moves the shipment to Europe under our export filing, with full chain-of-custody paperwork.

    4. Step 4

      European Prime

      The in-country prime delivers against its framework contract with the police or agency end user.

    This is the structure Titan Red is putting in place — and the one we propose to every partner. It keeps each party doing what it is built for: the manufacturer manufactures, the prime manages the tender, and Titan Red owns the U.S. side — supply, compliance, and the export itself.

    Export compliance

    Soft body armor is a controlled commodity. Titan Red works deliberately inside the EAR soft-armor category (ECCN 1A613) — no ITAR defense articles — and every shipment runs through the same documented process before it moves. No product is quoted until its classification is confirmed.

    • Written ECCN for every SKU

      Classification confirmed in writing by the manufacturer before anything is quoted or ordered.

    • License determination per shipment

      Each export is assessed on its own facts; Czechia and EU destinations ship under License Exception STA or No License Required where the rules allow.

    • Denied-party & end-use screening

      Buyers, primes, and end users screened against U.S. restricted-party lists before shipment.

    • AES filing & five-year records

      Electronic export filing through AES and complete transaction records retained for five years, as BIS requires.
